2 pipelinesDirect sales and tenders
Every deal, every client, every promise you have made.
EBO CRM holds the whole commercial life of a client - the first enquiry, the quotation, the order, the complaint, the renewal - in one place, visible to exactly the people who should see it.
Qualified 3
Quotation 2
Won 4
One quotation has gone quiet for nine days. The board shows it before anyone has to ask.
- The pipeline lives in one person's head and one person's phone.
- A tender deadline is a date somebody hopefully remembered.
- A client renews or does not, and either way it is a surprise.
How it works
Two tracks, one client record
Some revenue is won across a table. Some is won by submitting the right documents before four o'clock on Thursday. Most CRM software understands only the first.
Direct pipeline
- 01Lead
From a form, a call, a walk-in or a contractor - into one inbox.
- 02Qualified
Somebody decided it is real, and recorded why.
- 03Quotation
Built in the system, so its numbers are the ones used downstream.
- 04Order
Won or lost, always with a reason.
- 05Invoice & renewal
No re-typing, and the contract warns you before it expires.
Tender pipeline
- 01Identify
Issuing body, closing date, captured before anybody decides.
- 02Bid / no bid
A recorded decision. Declining well is half of tender discipline.
- 03Assemble
The document set as a checklist with owners and dates.
- 04Submit
Compliance-checked, with the one deadline you cannot discover late.
- 05Outcome
Won or lost, recorded - so the next bid is written by a team that knows why.
Both tracks feed the same clients, contracts and books. Neither pretends to be the other.
What it does
Six things it does, every day
Catches every lead
One inbox, so nothing lands in a personal mailbox and stays there.
Moves deals visually
A drag-and-drop board. The pipeline is a picture, not a report nobody reads.
Quotes and converts
Quotation to order to invoice, carrying the numbers rather than repeating them.
Protects renewals
Contracts that raise their hand before they expire, not after.
Shows each lead their own view
Scoped by role, so nobody reads a report meant for somebody else.
Runs service properly
Cases with owners and clocks, on the same account as the pipeline.
The tender pipeline
A tender is not a sale with a longer wait.
It has a bid decision, a document set, a compliance check, a deadline that forgives nothing, and an outcome you learn about in public. So it gets its own pipeline - own stages, own document control, own win-and-loss record.
Why this is not in most CRMs. The software most companies can buy was built where institutional tendering is a specialism. Here it is often half the revenue.
The partner channel
Sell through people who do not work for you
EBO CRM carries a full independent-contractor channel - the same machinery EBO uses to run its own. A sales force you can grow without a payroll.
- 01Apply and learn
A short form, then a course with a quiz after every module.
- 02Qualify
A final exam at 80%, an interview, and a certificate.
- 03Get an account
A CRM login, an ID number and a named team leader.
- 04Register deals
Registered opportunities are protected for a defined window.
- 05Get paid
Commission released the same business day the customer's payment clears.
Better together
A pipeline is worth more when it reaches the rest of the business
EBO CRM stands alone. Connected, the deal you won stops being a message to finance and starts being an invoice, a stock reservation and a registered sale.
A won deal, with the other products joined
- 01Deal won
With a reason recorded, either way.
EBO CRM - 02Order raised
The quotation's numbers, not retyped ones.
EBO ERP / Sales - 03Stock reserved
Against a real commitment.
EBO ERP / Inventory - 04Invoice issued
Finance was already expecting it.
EBO ERP / Accounting - 05Registered
Fiscally, as it is issued.
EBO Invoicing
Posts each sale to the ledger and keeps stock and purchasing in step.
EBO POSThe counterSells, takes payment and closes the shift.
EBO InvoicingFiscal registrationSigns and registers every invoice as it is made.
Keeps the customer, the history and the next deal.
- Items
- Prices
- Stock
- Customers
- Tax
Each system runs perfectly well on its own. Docked, one action at the counter registers the sale, moves the stock, posts to the ledger and updates the customer.
Adding any of them later is discounted automatically, and each addition more deeply than the last. See the bundles.
Break Free - transition offer
Already subscribed to somebody else?
Being locked in should not be the reason you stay. If you are paying a subscription for a CRM subscription from another provider, we make leaving it the cheapest part of the decision.
Recognising what you have already spent on the system you are leaving.
So you are not funding two systems at once in a single month.
Run ours against your own work before you commit to anything.
Extracted, cleaned, run in parallel until the numbers agree. We do it, not you.
Bundles
Start here. Add what you need.
Tiers are counted from EBO CRM. Every addition is discounted automatically, and each one more deeply than the last.
EBO Close
Win it - and do one more thing with it.
Choose from: EBO Invoicing / EBO POS / EBO ERP
EBO Cycle
Won, billed, registered.
Choose from: EBO Invoicing / EBO POS / EBO ERP
EBO Full Circle
Enquiry to registered sale, and back again.
All four, together.
Depth: additions inside a product count too
An extra ERP module, or another trade version of the POS, is an addition like any other - and is discounted the same way.
EBO CRM + EBO Invoicing + EBO POS + EBO ERP (Accounting) + EBO ERP (Inventory)
Tier three, and one module deeper. The price depends on what you end up running, not the order you bought it in.
Independent Sales Contractors
Or sell EBO CRM, and earn on what you bring.
Open to anyone interested in enterprise technology - no experience required and no need to leave your job, your studies or your own business. Learn the products properly, get certified, and sell.
- Express interest on a short form.
- Take the free course - Amharic or English, at your own pace.
- Pass the exam at 80%, then a short interview and induction.
- Get your certificate, a CRM account and a named team leader.
- Register deals. Commission is paid the same business day the customer's payment clears.
Before you sign
Twelve things to demand of the system holding your client relationships
Every client conversation you have ever had is about to live in one place. These are the questions worth asking first.
01Room for the whole history
Every contact, deal, quotation, document and submission you have ever made.
02Backed up, and restorable
Encrypted, copied daily and tested by restoring. A pipeline rebuilt from memory is not a pipeline.
03Cloud, or behind your own door
For client data that is not allowed to leave the building, or a funder who says so.
04Users set to your team
Salespeople, leads, finance and external contractors licensed to who you actually have.
05Updates included, free
Improvements arrive with the subscription rather than as a version you must buy.
06Support that answers
First line for the everyday, second line for the technical, both in business hours.
07Easier than the spreadsheet
If updating a deal is harder than typing it into a sheet, the CRM loses and the data rots.
08Training and a certificate
Sales, lead and administrator paths, with adoption checked at go-live rather than assumed.
09Fast on Monday morning
The board loads before the meeting starts. That is the moment performance is judged.
10Talks to your accounting
Documented interfaces to the ledger, stock and fiscal registration - integration quoted, not refused.
11Built for how business is won here
Tenders as a first-class pipeline, not a sale with a longer wait.
12Your stages, your rules
Pipelines, roles and documents configured to how you sell, with development where that is not enough.

Questions
Frequently asked
We are eight people. Is this too much system?
No - eight people is exactly the size where a CRM stops being optional, because the pipeline no longer fits in one person's memory. Start with the direct pipeline and one dashboard. Add tenders, service and renewals when they are actually needed.
Can a salesperson see other people's deals?
Only if you decide they should. Visibility is enforced in the data itself: a salesperson sees their pipeline, a lead sees the team's, finance sees what finance must, and an external contractor sees only what has been registered to them. It is what makes it safe to let more people in.
Does it handle tenders as well as direct sales?
It handles them separately, which is the point. A dedicated tender pipeline with its own stages, document control, deadline discipline and win-loss record - feeding the same clients and contracts as direct sales.
Can external contractors use it safely?
Yes. Contractors get scoped accounts, registered opportunities with protected windows, and a defined handover to your own sales team. They see their deals and nothing else.
Will it connect to our accounting?
Directly to EBO ERP - quotation to order to invoice, with stock reserved and revenue recognised where it should be. Connecting to accounting software EBO did not supply is possible and is quoted as work rather than promised for free.
Is this the same as the CRM module in EBO ERP?
Related, not identical. The ERP module covers contacts, quotations, orders and service for companies whose revenue arrives through the ordinary sales process. This product adds the tender pipeline, deeper role-based visibility and the partner channel - for firms whose revenue is won rather than received. Tell us how you get business and we will say which one we would sell you.
Can it run on our own server?
Yes. Hosted by EBO or on your own infrastructure, and reversible later.
We already pay for another CRM. Can you help us leave?
Break Free is built for that: a discount recognising what you have already spent, instalments, a free trial period, and migration handled by us - de-duplicated on the way in. See the offer.
What happens to our spreadsheet history?
It comes across - contacts, accounts, open opportunities, quotations and contract dates - de-duplicated on the way in. Importing the same client four times is how a CRM dies in month two, so cleaning is part of the work rather than an optional extra.
How long before the team is actually using it?
Days to configure, weeks to become habit. Adoption is the real risk with any CRM, so training is role-based, scheduled before go-live, and checked afterwards rather than assumed.
What does it cost?
It depends on users, pipelines and how much history is coming with you. Worth knowing: adding ERP, POS or registration later is discounted automatically, and the discount deepens with each addition. See how bundles work.
